Please include your name and return address with your donation. Please also indicate if your donation is being made in honor of another individual, as we will recognize that individual on the web site.

The Baby Alex Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, and therefore all donations made to The Baby Alex Foundation are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Every donor will receive a thank you letter from the Foundation with the tax exempt number for use in tax filing purposes.

For any donation of $200 or more, the donor will receive a Baby Alex Foundation t-shirt.

Any donation of $5,000 or more entitles the donor to have his or her name or business logo featured on The Baby Alex Foundation t-shirts for the following fiscal year. These shirts are worn by the Foundation's volunteers and racing team at conferences, races and other events. In addition, these t-shirts are sent to all donors who donate $200 or more.
